The role involves managing a team of mid to senior-level professionals across multiple locations, ensuring accurate modeling, budgeting, and analysis of fee structures. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in fee governance, financial planning, and cross-functional coordination with pricing and finance teams.

About Your Future Role
In this position, you will:

• Lead and manage CSF and ICF strategy for the Nordics market, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with card scheme rules and internal policies.
• Own the budgeting, forecasting, and controlling activities related to CSF and ICF in alignment with regional financial objectives.
• Oversee the implementation and ongoing maintenance of CSF and ICF pricing models specific to the Nordics.
• Conduct impact analyses of card scheme and interchange fee changes, assessing business implications and working closely with pricing departments to align commercial strategies.
• Act as the point of contact for scheme fee-related matters with the Nordics Finance team, ensuring timely support and high-quality data for financial reporting and planning.
• Liaise with group scheme management, compliance, and legal teams to ensure Nordics activities are aligned with group standards and regulatory requirements, governance, financial planning, and cross-functional coordination with pricing and finance teams.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in payments, card schemes, or financial services, with at least 3 years in a leadership or specialist scheme management role.
• Proven experience managing CSF and ICF frameworks, including financial modeling and budgeting.
• Strong understanding of card scheme economics, interchange structures, and regulatory drivers across the Nordic region.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and projects in a complex, multi-country environment.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to present technical content to senior stakeholders
