Site Manager – Service Center, Process Industry
Are you a strong leader with entrepreneurial spirit and a hands-on mind-set? We are looking for a Site Manager to lead our newly established service center supporting clients in the process industry. You will be responsible for daily operations, team leadership, and customer collaboration – with a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency

Key responsibilities:

  • Daily management of the service center and its personnel
  • Planning and coordination of maintenance and service activities
  • Ensuring a strong safety culture and compliance with legal and internal standards
  • Close dialogue with customers regarding tasks, solutions, and expectations
  • Monitoring KPIs, financials, and resource allocation
  • Reporting and documentation of activities and performance
  • Identifying and implementing improvement initiatives
  • Collaboration with internal departments and external suppliers

  • Has a technical background and experience from the industrial sector

  • Speaks and writes both Danish and English at negotiation level
