To take the next steps in the development, we are seeking a Direct Field Marketing Coordinator for Denmark, who can support us in this endeavour. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for developing, planning, and executing marketing campaigns across various channels and industries. This is an exciting role within technology, representing an internationally recognized high-quality brand with the aim of advancing the digitalization of the construction industry with innovative solutions.

The Job
The Marketing Coordinator will develop and execute marketing initiatives for all Leica Geosystems segments, products, and solutions in Denmark. The role involves local planning and implementing campaigns and activities that support sales, managing the marketing budget, evaluating campaign effectiveness, using marketing tools, and collaborating with global resources.

This role requires a solid understanding of both digital marketing and relation building marketing activities, ensuring that Leica Geosystems can continue to develop and execute effective marketing strategies that meet business goals.

The Candidate
The new Marketing Coordinator is outgoing and independent with a creative mindset, bringing experience in B2B marketing and proven concepts as well as innovative ideas. You have experience from similar position preferably within the construction industry of Denmark.
As a Marketing Generalist you are skilled in creating innovative content and have a "storyteller" mindset that captures various customer segments. Furthermore, you have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and can communicate with Leica Geosystems' diverse customer base and understands how to sell complex technical solutions.
You are self-motivated and results-driven, possess strong project management skills, and can work across the organization. Most importantly, you have a passion for marketing and teamwork.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, communication, or another relevant field or 5+ years experience in marketing
Minimum 2–3 years of experience from similar role.
Experienced in supporting and enabling sales on relation building activities.
Experienced in localising sales-oriented marketing and sales enablement activities
Experience with creating, managing and distributing B2B social media content
Familiar with marketing automation tools such as Pardot
Experience with digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, SEA, SEM, META Ads and LinkedIn Ads including sponsored posts and audience targeting
Experience with Salesforce
Strong communication skills in both Danish (native speaker) and English
Experience in Adobe Creative Suite and / or first experiences in content creation using AI tools considered as a plus
Experience to manage external agencies to meat tough deadlines
Willingness to travel, primarily within Denmark (approx. 25%)
Possession of a driver's license and preferably your own car

The organization consists of about 30 employees, with offices in Herlev and Odense. It is preferred that the new colleague is primarily based in Herlev.
