Your new role
As the Interim Lead Specialist, Global Talent Management, you will be responsible for designing and executing talent management solutions that support Lundbeck's business and organizational goals.
Your primary responsibilities include:
- design, execution, and ongoing enhancement of the enterprise talent management and succession planning processes, which for 2026 will include the implementation of a new tech-enabled approach.
- provision of strategic guidance, partnering and expertise in talent management and succession planning for senior leaders and People & Culture (P&C) practitioners up to Executive Leadership Team level.
- the implementation of talent management strategies across the Global Talent lifecycle, including strategic external pipelining and talent development interventions, in collaboration with Talent Acquisition and Global People Development.
In your role, you will lead change management initiatives related to talent management. You will be a relationship-builder, who collaborates and influences by leveraging relationships to build alignment and buy-in from key business and People & Culture (P&C) stakeholders at all levels.
The position is temporary (February-December 2026) and based in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Your future team
You will report directly to the VP, Global Talent and be part of the Global Talent Management Leadership team of four.
You will join a global People & Culture (P&C) community focused on making a difference to patients through people. You will work in close collaboration with the other Talent Management team members, based in the U.S.A. and Denmark, who deliver Talent Acquisition, Leadership Development, Professional and Digital Learning, Workforce Planning, and Succession and Assessment. In addition, you will work closely with colleagues from Business Partnering and other HR CoEs, such as Organizational Development and Change Management, Global Rewards & Analytics, and HR Technology.
