At DCC & Shell Aviation Denmark, we are proud to be Denmark's leading aviation fuel supplier, operating across the country's nine largest airports. As part of Shell's global network, spanning 852 airports in 32 countries, we ensure a reliable and efficient supply of high-quality fuel, along with essential logistics and operational services that support aviation safety, efficiency and sustainability.

We're currently looking for a new colleague to join our essential Business Support Team. The Business Support Team delivers efficient performance to and from the network of airports in the Kingdom of Denmark. Ensuring our customers experience a seamless transaction with DCC & Shell Aviation A/S is at the core of our DNA and the role listed.

We are looking for a candidate who is comfortable managing specific systems developed for the aviation business, working in spreadsheet files and keeping overview of flows of data across systems.

Business support is responsible for the daily operations of the aviation business including masterdata maintenance, contract management, fuel -and location agreements, tender support, maintenance of customers and contracts, keeping abreast with the contract lists for the airports, credit surveillance assistance, debt chasing and payment management.

You will be playing a key role

Can you ensure a customer-centered approach by offering comprehensive support and guidance?

You feel comfortable coordinating activities across stakeholders such as, but not limited to, sales managers, operation specialists and airports operators while managing supply, credit, AR/AP teams and Shell inquiries. Your coordination and service skills will aid to deliver high-quality service that meets all DCC & Shell Aviation Denmark targets.

Tasks

• Facilitate high-quality business support while skillfully navigating systems and Excel documents
• Hold strong customer relationships for local commercial aviation customers
• Reply to customer enquiries within 12 hours, disputes, corrections, POD requests
• Assist AM in tender activities in SURUS, bids, offers, awards fees
• Sales Contract Management
• Payment management in relation to overdue activities
• Masterdata maintenance responsibility
• Responsible for contract lists
• Handle disputes, corrections
• Bulk sales, overview, ensure and drive (manual) invoicing process
• Trade Compliance bulletin and updates
• Quality and validation checks
• Ad hoc tasks

About you

• Proficient customer service expert with effective interpersonal, structural, and analytical skills
• Commercial mindset with ability to assist and collaborate with aviation team members
• Demonstrated diplomatic skills and ability to work in complex partner and stakeholder relationships
• Proven ability to work independently and taking ownership
• Sensitive to, and effective at operating across different cultures and poses the skill to adapt when working with people on different levels
• Fluent speaking and writing skills in Danish and English
• Curious and motivated by learning aviation specific systems
