Som Supply Chain Manager får du en central rolle i at sikre, at vores planlægning, filling operation, logistik og lager kører effektivt, sikkert og i tæt samarbejde med vores globale organisation.

Du bliver en del af site's ledelsesteam og leder erfarne mellemledere på tværs af funktioner. Rollen kombinerer operationelt ansvar med strategisk indflydelse og kræver tæt samarbejde både internt på sitet og med kolleger i EMEA Supply Chain.

Dine opgaver

  • Sætte retning, prioriteter og mål for dine teams
  • Sikre rettidig produktion og levering med fokus på kvalitet, sikkerhed og effektivitet
  • Optimere processer, bemanding og udstyr gennem løbende forbedringer
  • Sikre tæt koordinering mellem Rønland og Global/Regional Supply Chain
  • Deltage i centrale projekter som SAP-opgraderinger, nye produkter og miljøinitiativer

Du er en erfaren og synlig leder, der trives i et produktionsmiljø med mange samarbejdspartnere og beslutningstagere. Du har en struktureret og datadrevet tilgang, og du motiveres af at skabe resultater gennem andre.

Vi forestiller os, at du har:

  • En relevant uddannelse produktion, supply chain eller operations management)
  • Minimum 5 års ledelseserfaring – gerne gennem mellemledere
  • Erfaring med LEAN, SAP og kvalitetsstyring
  • Stærke samarbejds- og kommunikationsevner på dansk og engelsk
  • En robust og løsningsorienteret tilgang til forandringer og komplekse problemstillinger
