To succeed in the role, we imagine that you r responsibilities will be:

Financial controlling

Being responsible for several financial statement areas and or entities, you carry out the monthly controlling for these financial statement areas and entities just as you will conduct controller visits. In other words, your time is spent analyzing financial information and providing professional advice and recommendations across many financial reporting and accounting aspects, as you will:

Deliver key inputs and analysis for internal/external reporting and decision-making purposes and make recommendations to senior management based on your analysis Take joint responsibility for continuously automating and optimizing our global processes, procedures related to financial controlling and monthly reporting Participate in the group closing process and understand the flow from entity reporting to consolidated reporting Be responsible for cross-Group controlling and analysis of specific accounting areas Lead/participate in cross-functional projects or initiatives to ensure financial excellence

Consolidations

Assist with the monthly consolidation process Assist with other consolidation related tasks (example system maintenance)

IFRS and reporting

Provide accounting advice to the business Prepare technical accounting supporting memo's Assist in the preparation of the Group Quarterly Interim and Annual Financial Reports Complete monthly Group reporting activities, such as cash flow preparation Key contact for external auditors in delivery of group requirements and day to day audit deliverable management.

Moreover, you have an eye for quality, and you:

hold a master’s degree in finance, preferably within business administration & auditing, finance, accounting or similar have a flair for IT systems and applications, and experience with some of the following systems Microsoft Dynamics, OneStream, Oracle, or SAP BPC is an advantage speak and write fluent English excellent project management skills and the ability to be self-driven and execute on own tasks including managing stakeholders are willing to travel a few times annually to visit our foreign subsidiaries
