About the position
As a Student Worker at Global Academy your administrative support will be vital to maintaining our Academy systems, and you will play a key role in reporting and logistics for the Academy.
Your main duties will include:
ensuring accurate invoicing, performing bookkeeping tasks and settling transaction You will be expected to analyze data upon request and resolve invoicing or billing issues flagged by staff or customers You will follow up on outstanding payments and support the Academy staff with various administrative duties on Academy systems You will assist Academy customers in resolving general questions on accounts or systems Support partner performance by generating various Academy reportsWe are driven by honesty and act with integrity - #WhoAreUR
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented student worker to join our team. This role is ideal for a student pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Accounting as you should be able to resolve invoicing issues to a high customer support satisfaction.
We are looking for someone who is fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills. You should have an understanding of basic accounting math, attention to detail, and great organizational skills. General administrative skills and proficiency in data entry and reporting are also required.
We value a friendly and engaging personality, someone who is outgoing and service minded. You should be self-directed and a self-starter, capable of working independently while also contributing to a team.
