Arbejdsopgaver

Som Talent Acquisition Manager vil dit faste arbejdssted være på Netcompanys hovedkontor i København, hvor du vil have ansvar for den daglige ledelse og udvikling af vores Talent Acquisition Team, der tæller 25 dygtige og fagligt stærke kolleger, som arbejder i fleksible teams. Rekrutteringsfunktionens opgaver består i at tiltrække, searche og ansætte de bedste IT talenter til Netcompany, på tværs af forskellige roller og niveauer. Dermed vil du få en betydelig og strategisk opgave ved at bidrage til Netcompanys vækst i Danmark.

Med reference til Head of HR, Danmark, vil dine primære ansvarsområder i rollen være:

  • Daglig ledelse: Du vil have ansvar for den daglige ledelse af Talent Acquisition teamet, herunder planlægning, prioritering og uddelegering af arbejdsopgaver, aktiviteter, projekter og ansvarsområder, samt sikring af trivsel og et positivt og samarbejdsorienteret miljø, hvor der er plads til det faglige, såvelsom det sociale.
  • Teamudvikling: Du vil have ansvar for at motivere og sikre en kontinuerlig faglig og professionel udvikling blandt dine teammedlemmer – både på individuelt og teamniveau.
  • Forretningsforståelse og -sparring: Du vil få et tæt samarbejde med stakeholders på alle niveauer i forretningen, dermed et ansvar for at forstå og reagere på forretningens behov.
  • Talent Acquisition - mål og faglighed: Du vil sidde i spidsen for vores Talent Acquisition område, hvor du sammen med dit team skal sikre, at vi når i mål og løbende optimerer og udvikler. Med din stærke rekrutteringsfaglige ballast og solide styringsmæssige kompetencer, skal du således støtte dit team både fagligt og leverancemæssigt.

Med det betydelige ansvar som Talent Acquisition Team Manager følger muligheden for personlig og professionel udvikling, både for dig selv og dine teammedlemmer. Du vil også arbejde sammen med kolleger i de andre lande, hvori Netcompany opererer.

Du er god til at motivere og skabe sammenhold og stræber altid efter at levere det bedste resultat i fællesskab andre.

Vi forestiller os, at du:

  • En uddannelse på kandidatniveau
  • Erfaring med direkte medarbejderledelse, såvel som indirekte ledelse i form af projektledelse, opgaveledelse eller lignende
  • Hands-on erfaring med rekruttering, herunder flere år erfaring med opsøgende search- og rekrutteringsaktiviteter
  • Gode kommunikationsevner og samarbejdsevner
  • Flydende i dansk og engelsk, både skriftligt og mundtligt
