Du har en stor interesse for grøn omstilling i social balance, og brænder for områder såsom energieffektivitet, bæredygtig arealanvendelse, omstilling af det byggede miljø og cirkulær økonomi, samt for at sikre, at denne omstilling sker på en måde, der sikrer sociale gevinster og har folkelig forankring. Du har minimum et år tilbage på din kandidatuddannelse, hvor du fagligt er i toppen. Som person er du åben og nysgerrig, og du trives i et dynamisk arbejdsmiljø, hvor det ofte er nødvendigt at holde flere bolde i luften samtidigt.

Du bliver en del af vores Society Transformation-afdeling

Som vores nye konsulent bliver du en del af et højtkvalificeret team, der arbejder med at sikre en grøn omstilling i social balance. Vi rådgiver især offentlige myndigheder og organisationer på området og tilbyder en bred vifte af ydelser fra analyse til implementering med fokus på emner såsom fx strategisk og bæredygtig arealanvendelse, omstilling af det byggede miljø, energieffektivitet, industrisymbioser og cirkulær økonomi. En række af vores opgaver har desuden fokus på at sikre en omstilling der er socialt balanceret og folkeligt forankret . Vores konsulenter er fordelt på vores kontorer i Aarhus og København, og vi vægter videndeling og samarbejde på tværs af kompetencer, geografier og afdelinger højt.

Som student vil dine opgaver især være at understøtte projektarbejdet i projektteams bedst muligt, og i takt med din erfaring som student i stigende grad få mulighed for at bidrage aktivt ind i projektløsning og projektleverancer. Dine opgaver kan fx omfatte:

Desk research på eksisterende viden forud for dataindsamling Planlægning og bistand i forbindelse med dataindsamling (fx udføre eller tage referat ved interviews, observation, design samt opsætning og gennemførelse af surveys) Kvantitative og kvalitative analyser og vurderinger af større offentlige projekter eller policy-tiltag Afrapportering og formidling af resultater i forskellige formater (fx rapporter og oplæg).

Vi har løbende et rekrutteringsspor, hvor vores praktikanter og studenter har mulighed for at komme i spil til en konsulentstilling, i det omfang behov og kompetencer matcher.

Dit udgangspunkt for konstant udvikling

Vi forventer, at dit udgangspunkt er:

At du studerer på det sidste år af din bachelor eller er kandidatstuderende på en relevant videregående uddannelse (fx statskundskab, erhvervsøkonomi, international business, politics eller economics, sociologi, antropologi eller lignende) At du har stærke analytiske evner samt erfaring med kvantitative og/eller kvalitative metoder At du er kommunikativt dygtig og kan skrive og tale korrekt på både dansk og engelsk At du brænder for at gøre en forskel og kan se dig selv gøre karriere indenfor konsulentbranchen At du er selvstændig i din opgaveløsning, har tillid til egne evner og kan være proaktiv At du har kendskab til Word, Excel, PowerPoint og gerne statistiske softwareprogrammer (fx Stata, SAS, SPSS, R, Python)
