Vi søger en dygtig og engageret arkitekt/designer til at styrke vores Arla Work Place Experience team. I denne rolle vil du sammen med dine kollegaer være ansvarlig for indretnings- og ombygningsopgaver på tværs af vores lokationer i Aarhus og resten af vores markeder i fx Sverige, Tyskland og Polen.
Din holistiske tilgang og evne til at iscenesætte og fortælle historier vil være afgørende for at skabe sammenhæng mellem funktion og rum og dermed skabe god arkitektur og rum for vores medarbejdere. Dit arbejde skal resultere i indretninger og kontorarbejdspladser, der ikke kun tiltrækker talent, men også udvikler Arlas identitet, vision og genkendelighed, uanset hvor Arla befinder sig.
Hvordan bliver du en succes?
Din opgave er bred og du kommer til at stå for håndtering af henvendelser vedrørende indretningsopgaver for Arla-lokationer globalt, både selvstændigt og som en del af teamet. Du vil blive involveret i en lang række opgaver og problemstillinger som fx:
Udvikling, identifikation og implementering af Arlas visuelle corporate identitet, herunder møbler, belysning, farver, overflader, materialer, billeder og grafik. Identificering og introduktion af nye møbler og materialer samt vedligeholdelse af Arlas corporate visuelle identitet (CVI) og etablering samt udvikling af kontakten til møbelleverandører og producenter. Afhængig af opgavens omfang, vil du komme til at stå med færdiggørelse af projekter frem til projektforslagsstadiet, hvor Project Management-teamet overtager. Mindre opgaver vil du selvstændigt føre til fuldførelse.Du vil rapportere til Allan, der er Director for Arla Global Workplace Creation & Facility Management, og blive en del af et team på x medarbejdere på vores hovedkontor i Viby.
Hvem er du?
Den ideelle kandidat har 3-4 års erfaring inden for arkitektur og/eller design, enten fra en tegnestue eller en corporate virksomhed. Du har erfaring med kontorbyggeri, detailforretninger, indretning og møbler samt en dyb interesse for rum, møbler og design, herunder stort kendskab til materialer.
Evne til at håndtere ombygnings- og indretningsopgaver samtidig. Erfaring med præsentation af idéer, koncepter og projekter. Uddannelse fra arkitektskolen, designskolen eller lignende samt gode færdigheder inden for nødvendig software som Revit, InDesign, osv. Engelsk (tale, forståelse og skrivning).Bæredygtighed er dybt forankret på tværs af Arlas forretning og forsyningskæde og derfor er det vigtigt at du har en naturlig interesse for at integrere den grønne dagsorden i dit arbejde og en faglighed inden for bæredygtighed.
