Your Role:
  • Guide Conceptualization: Inspire the team to develop compelling play experiences aligned with LEGO's vision.
  • Lead Efficiently: Encourage the team, make strategic decisions, and bring ideas to life.
  • Foster Collaboration: Promote a collaborative environment among designers and engineers to create groundbreaking LEGO products.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends and market insights to ensure relevant and appealing LEGO concepts.
