Stillingen
Som Product Manager på kabel og føringsveje er det dit ansvar at sikre en relevant, konkurrencedygtig og rentabel produktportefølje. Sammen med teamet i kategorien får du det kommercielle ansvar for segmentet med områderne installationskabler, varmekabler, kabelstiger, kabelbakker, installationsrør m.v. Kort sagt driver du profitabel vækst gennem effektiv Product Lifecycle Management.

Du bliver ansvarlig for, at vi til enhver tid har de mest relevante, innovative og konkurrencedygtige produkter og priser. Fokus på strategisk udvikling af produktporteføljen er afgørende for vores succes. Du vil have en central rolle i processen med at sikre det korrekte produktprogram. Du vil derfor også følge produktet gennem produktets livscyklus og være central i dialog og samarbejde med resten af organisationen i Solar. Du forstår, at vi lykkes med at skabe klare og lønsomme værditilbud og udøve en stærk kommerciel ledelse gennem tæt dialog med salgsorganisationen.

Hvem er du?
Vi forventer at du har erfaring som produktchef og kender disciplinerne og værktøjerne til at drive en vinderkategori, og samtidig er dygtig til at opbygge tværfaglige samarbejder.

Derudover at du:

Har en teknisk eller kommerciel uddannelse på minimum bachelorniveau eller tilsvarende handelsfaglig baggrund, og du brænder for at skabe en resultatdrevet produktfunktion, der understøtter forretningsudvikling og vækst. Du har uddannet dig til at analysere og omsætte teknisk markedsintelligens til produktspecifikationer. Du taler og skriver engelsk på et højt forhandlingsniveau. Er analytisk og besidder en god portion udholdenhed. Du formår at "sælge" dine idéer for at skabe grundlaget for processerne. Har et globalt mindset, er kunde- og markedsorienteret, har strategisk flair og en positiv indstilling til livet. Er proaktiv, beslutsom og viser vejen.
