Aarhus Universitet oplever en stigende efterspørgsel og behov for at øge anvendelse af Microsoft Power Platformen til at digitalisere og automatisere. Vi ønsker at fremme ”Citizen Development” og en demokratisering af udviklingen på platformen. Vi søger en udadvendt og energisk medarbejder, der vil være med til at tage ansvar for, at brugerne får mest mulig hjælp til denne opgave, og som kan være med til at sikre, at udviklingen sker på en både sikker og forsvarlig måde.
 

Stillingen 

Som vores Microsoft Power Platform-konsulent vil du spille en central rolle i at understøtte vores brugere med at udnytte Power Platformen (især Power Apps og Power Automate). Din primære opgave vil være at tilbyde viden, ekspertise og support til brugere af platformen uden for IT-organisationen. Du får desuden en central rolle i forhold til at udarbejde og implementere politikker og standarder, der sikrer, at anvendelsen af Power-platformen overholder universitetets høje standarder for datahåndtering, sikkerhed og compliance. Du vil arbejde tæt sammen med både tekniske teams og forretningsbrugere for at sikre, at Power Platformen udnyttes til sit fulde potentiale – med fokus på skalerbare, sikre og effektive løsninger.
 

Ansvarsområder

Samarbejde med hele organisationen i forhold til at fremme integrationen af Power Platform i deres arbejdsprocesser og projekter. 
Tilbyde support og vejledning til brugere af Microsoft Power Platform, herunder at rådgive om datahåndtering, sikkerhedspraksisser, licenser og infrastruktur. 
Identificere og evaluere nye teknologier, herunder kunstig intelligens (AI) og machine learning, for deres potentiale i at forbedre anvendelsen af Power Platform. 
Facilitere workshops og træningssessioner for at øge kendskabet til Power Platformens muligheder og bedste praksisser. 
Identificere innovative løsninger udviklet af vores medarbejdere, som har potentiale til at blive skaleret og implementeret på tværs af organisationen 
Holde dig ajour med de seneste opdateringer og tendenser inden for Microsoft Power Platform og relaterede teknologier og sikre kommunikation af disse til brugerne af platformen. 
Udarbejde politikker og standarder for brugen af platformen.


Profil og kvalifikationer 


Vi søger en medarbejder, der har lyst til at prøve kræfter med et fagligt område, der er nyt og under udvikling. Du vil få mulighed for at påvirke både stillingens indhold og måden, du løser dine opgaver på. Fordi du kommer til at have en bred kontaktflade og skal kunne navigere en kompleks organisation, er det vigtigt, at du er udadvendt og energisk, har stærke samarbejdsevner og lyst til at arbejde med mange forskellige interessenter. Du har sandsynligvis også en eller flere af nedenstående kompetencer – men du behøver ikke mestre dem alle. Vi skal nok give dig den støtte, sparring og uddannelse, der skal til, for at du kan lykkes i stillingen.
 

Vi lægger vægt på

Erfaring med for Microsoft Power Platform – især Power Apps og Power Automate. 
Stærke tekniske og analytiske færdigheder og evnen til at løse komplekse problemer 
effektivt. 
Fremragende kommunikationsevner og evnen til at formidle teknisk information på en 
forståelig måde. 
Erfaring med IT-arkitektur og design af IT-systemer og automatiseringsløsninger 
Erfaring med projektledelse og implementering af teknologiske løsninger på tværs af afdelinger. 
Forståelse for compliance-krav og best practise inden for datahåndtering og 
sikkerhed. 
Flair for teknologi og interesse for nye teknologier som fx AI

Du vil fungere som brobygger mellem IT-afdelingen, fakulteter og administrative enheder for at sikre, at Power-platformen bliver integreret og udnyttet optimalt i universitetets arbejdsprocesser og projekter. Du får således en meget bred kontaktflade i organisationen. I det daglige vil du blive en del af et nyoprettet team på 8 medarbejdere med ansvar for at forvalte og udbrede kendskabet til både Office 365 og Power Platformen.
