About the role; We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Sales to build and lead our sales team in Denmark and revenue growth for FFW.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, a deep understanding of the Danish market and digital landscape.
Responsibilities What you'll do; Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
Set and track sales targets, goals, and KPIs, and provide regular reports to c suite and senior management.
Hire and nurture top performing sales talent Lead, mentor, and coach the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity.
Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive growth and expansion.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments, such as marketing, delivery, and client services, to optimize the sales process and enhance customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and market changes to make informed business decisions.
Continuously assess and improve sales processes, tools, and techniques to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Qualifications What you'll need; Native or fluent Danish language skills Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, ideally in a digital technology consulting/services environment Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Experience building, hiring and structuring a sales team Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving abilities.
Deep understanding of sales techniques, methodologies, and best practices.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Proficiency in CRM software, Salesforce is an advantage Willingness to travel as needed.
