Job Title: Hardware Architect

We are seeking a skilled Hardware Architect to join our dedicated engineering team in the Commercial Compressor electronics department at Danfoss Climate Solutions.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead hardware architecture solutions and concepts, ensuring coherence in technical decisions across all products.
  • Drive system-level design and optimization for power electronics and control applications, as well as interface design between firmware and hardware components.
  • Select and integrate microcontrollers/microprocessors, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations for power and control electronics.
  • Optimize cost and value engineering in hardware design, managing and evaluating vendors for hardware components and services.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance for hardware design teams, troubleshooting and solving hardware-related issues.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies, continuously learning and improving skills.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in hardware architecture design, including power, analog, and digital systems.
