We’re seeking a Head of Customer Care (maternity cover) to join our Customer Success, Care, and Data team for 12 months. You might be the right person if you are enthusiastic about supporting our customers and promoting growth through customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a global strategy for Customer Care service delivery across our key markets.
  • Support a team of 30+ to provide an enhanced issue-to-resolution experience to customers and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). 
  • Be the voice of the customer to advocate for the best customer experience and work closely with different functions to facilitate continuous improvement. 
  • Owning the day-to-day operation of the Customer Care team and empowering the team to be effective in their roles
