About the role
bmetric is on the lookout for a pioneering Head of Sales to lead our growth ambitions in the Scandinavian market. This is a full-time position based in Copenhagen, aimed at individuals who embody the spirit of a “sales pathfinder”. Your primary mission will be to generate new pipeline in Scandinavia, aid in developing our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), Unique Seeling Proposition (USP), and refine our sales processes within our target industries.

We turn our customers’ digital & contact strategy into website interactions. Whether through contact option personalisation, performance tracking or online promotions, our technology enhances visitor experience by delivering tailored interactions, integrating into call-centres, CRM, CDP and marketing automation systems.

We’re on a growth journey with a dynamic team of 15 professionals working remotely across Europe and headquarters in Copenhagen. Through our digital services and work with AI, bmetric serves a diverse European client base, with a significant focus on Denmark.

We offer flexible working arrangements, including remote work, shared office space or flex space, as per your preference.

What we are looking for:

  • Experienced Sales Professional: You have a solid background in subscription-based and consultancy sales, specifically within B2B sectors. Your expertise in sales process execution and development is unmatched.
  • Goal Oriented: Deliver on our ambitions to grow and expand in the Scandinavian market with a focus on Denmark.
  • Pipeline Generator: Ready to dive into the trenches and engage with prospects to build a robust sales pipeline from scratch.
  • MarTech Savvy: Whether from a user, vendor or agency perspective, you bring to the table a rich experience in the Marketing Technology (MarTech) landscape.
  • Speak Danish, Norwegian or Swedish natively
  • Speak English at a professional (fluent) level
