You will be part of our Sales team
Joining our Sales team means you're at the heart of our company's growth and success. You're the first friendly face our potential customers meet, and your role is key in making sure they get a great first impression of our company and solutions. Your work lays the groundwork for our relationships with customers, helping them understand and get excited about our solutions.

The purpose of the role
As the new BDR, you will be at the forefront, leading the way in identifying new opportunities and managing our top-of-the-funnel activities. Working closely with our Account Executives, you'll be prospecting, qualifying, and warming up potential new customers. Whether it's through LinkedIn, email, or a friendly chat on the phone, you'll be the one reaching out, making connections, and understanding what our prospects need.

Your mission is to show them how Reshape Biotech's products are not just solutions but game-changers for their challenges. It's about sparking an interest and opening doors to exciting new opportunities.

This is what you will be doing:

  • Leading outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email, and phone calls.
  • Identifying, qualifying, and nurturing new sales leads.
  • Keeping our CRM (HubSpot) tidy and accurate.
  • Understanding our prospects’ challenges and how we can solve them.
  • Supporting the sales team in reaching our quarterly targets.
  • Helping us get smarter about our market for better targeting and outreach.
