As a Health & Safety Management expert, you will have the exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission of navigating and innovating sustainable solutions to the world's energy challenges.

Working with our passionate team in Ballerup, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relations, becoming a trusted partner for your clients within your area of expertise. You will work independently to perform high-end Health & Safety Management, making a significant impact on the success of our Grid Technology business area.

As a global leader, Siemens Energy is dedicated to providing all the key elements for the transmission of electricity both onshore and offshore. Our Grid Solutions team in Ballerup is focused on delivering turnkey high voltage substation solutions for onshore applications in Denmark, while our Global Offshore System Centre of Competency for AC solutions is connecting offshore wind generation to the electricity transmission system on a worldwide level.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Your main tasks will be to contribute to ensuring that the health & safety activities are handled professionally via:

Overseeing business and project related HSE tasks. Daily coordination of the HSE team. EHS competency management and training. Reports to the respective stakeholders as applicable. Implementation of the EHS strategy and integration of Environmental aspects Monitoring EHS target setting and performance monitoring. Supporting for the reporting of incidents, investigation, and root cause analysis. EHS data for the sustainability reporting. Implementation of EQS EHS requirements (, standards, instructions, guidelines etc.) Ensuring sub-contractors and suppliers deliver to the requested requirements and legal obligations. Alignment with the Zero Harm Framework. Best practice sharing in the country.

The role will be in our main office in Ballerup. The job will be overseeing business and project related tasks as well as team coordination of HSE managers. Some travelling must be expected.

What You Bring  Minimum 5 years of experience as a health & safety manager

You have a technical background preferable a bachelor’s or master’s degree. You are energetic and motivated by the everyday busy life. You must be good at collaborating cross professional boundaries, cross department boundaries and national boundaries. You thrive in a position where you must be outreach and talk to many people every day locally and globally Good English proficiency is required. The company language is English.
