Vores Funding Team spiller en afgørende rolle i at støtte Institutes forskere med eksterne bevillinger. Teamet består af 4 dedikerede medarbejdere, der arbejder tæt sammen med instituttets forskere på både pre- og post Award. Som Teamleder vil du dele din tid mellem ledelsesopgaver og aktiv deltagelse i samarbejde med Institutes forsker.
Jobbet
Stillingen er centralt placeret i instituttets administrationssekretariat, der varetager administration af instituttets kerneområder inden for matematik, statistik og computer science. Du vil referere til administrationschefen og blive en del af administrationens lederteam.
Ansvarsområder:
Kvalifikationer:
Relevant uddannelse inden for administration, ledelse eller et beslægtet felt. Erfaring og uddannelse i projektgovernance og/eller projektsupport. Erfaring med journalsystemer til arkivering og datamanagement Stærke ledelses- og kommunikationsevner. Evne til at arbejde selvstændigt og i teams. Gode organisatoriske færdigheder og sans for detaljer. Erfaring med forskningsmiljøer er en fordel.Din nye arbejdsplads

Løn og ansættelsesvilkår
Løn- og ansættelsesvilkår i henhold til overenskomsten for Akademikere i Staten (AC) eller OAO-S-fællesoverenskomsten og organisationsaftale for kontorfunktionærer, laboranter og IT-medarbejdere (HK/Stat). Aflønning vil ske afhængig af uddannelsesmæssig baggrundsamt kvalifikationer.
Stillingen er på 37 timer/uge, og ønskes besat snarest muligt.
