Just Eat er en vækstvirksomhed, hvor der er fart på og vi gør, hvad der kræves. Derfor søger vi nu en Field Sales Team Leader til vores voksende Acquisition Team, som - i direkte dialog med vores Head of Acquisition. Som Field Sales Team Leader bliver du ansvarlig for at udvikle et stærkt salgsteam.

Acquisition har ansvaret for at skabe relationer til nye partnere og skabe vækst for Just Eat i Danmark. Teamet består af tre forskellige afdelinger: Field Sales, Inside Sales og Sales admin. Derudover skal du arbejde tæt sammen med resten af det rutinerede, veletablerede salgsteam.

Som Field Sales Team Leader, vil du have det overordnede ansvar for teamet når de opstillede målsætninger. Fokus kommer til at være på medarbejderudvikling, salgstræning og at lede et high-performing team sammen med Head of Acquisition. Derudover vil du også selv være med til at indgå samarbejde med nye partner.

Ansvarsområder

Dit primære ansvar er at sikre at afdelingens målsætninger indfries. Derudover har du ansvar for at:

  • Lede og udvikle et high-performing team.
  • Medarbejderudvikling, salgstræning og uddannelse. 
  • Eksekvere en vindende salgs-strategi inden for området i samarbejde med Head of Acquisition.
  • Identificere og udnytte nye forretningsmuligheder med innovative partnerskaber
  • Udføre strategisk vigtige forretningsinitiativer for at sikre ordrevækst og skabe gode oplevelser for forbrugerne.
  • Fastlægge og tage ejerskab over KPI’er der understøtter strategien.

Hvad forventer vi af dig?
  • Du har ledelseserfaring, enestående people skills og en god forretningsforståelse.
  • 3+ års erfaring inden for salg og/eller Field Sales, gerne en ledelsesstilling. 
  • Du trives i en stilling hvor du kan kombinere lederskab med salg. 
  • Du har erfaring med projektledelse, og trives med at have mange bolde i luften. 
  • Du er en rollemodel og påtager dig gerne ansvaret som ambassadør udadtil samt trives i en stilling hvor selvstændighed forventes. 
  • Kendskab til Salesforce er et plus.
