You will become part of our Sales Operations teams helping our business customers in their use of our platform In Sales Operations we ensure that internal processes for our sales team runs smoothly. We assist our partners& internal stakeholders with inquiries from billing to how to effectively use our products. A key quality for this position would be a ‘helping’ mentality and keeping an open mind to any challenge we might encounter. This position will possess broad and at the same time very specific knowledge about our b2b billing and our b2b products.
As part of our team, you will be handling a wide range of tasks quality assurance of master data, assisting business customers both technically and financially etc. You will cooperate with business customers as well as talented and motivated co-workers across several teams to enhance the future of the Spirii journey.
You will report to our Sales Operation Team Lead.
What You Will Do
Business customer support (use of our services/products and financial enquiries etc.)
Financial administration
Technical administration
Manual system tasks
Ad hoc tasks

Solutions focused and agile
Comfortable working independently whilst being an excellent team-player
Good communication skills and ability to interact with all levels in an organization – internally as well as externally with business customers.
Recognizing the importance of accuracy and thoroughness and the ability to identify errors, potential weaknesses in systems and processes
Qualifications
Experience with business customer support
Financial experience will be considered a plus
Knowledge of using Microsoft Office applications
Fluent in Danish and English
