Role Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our Growth Team here at Onomondo. Reporting directly to the Strategic Campaigns & ABM Manager as part of our 11-person Growth Team, you will support the execution of successful online and offline events, coordinate co-marketing activities with partners and customers, and implement account-based marketing tactics to support our Enterprise sales team.
Your role will require you to have a good commercial understanding, be a fast learner, have a strong sense of ownership, and be versatile in handling various tasks to ensure the impact of campaigns toward our target audience (which is very technical).
Responsibilities
Assist with B2B field marketing initiatives to ensure timely and effective campaign execution. Ensure our event calendar is up to date and document progress in Notion. Support logistics and collateral for offline events, such as tradeshows and summits. Contribute to the planning and execution of webinars and virtual summits, including invitation emails, speaker coordination, landing pages, and sales follow-up. Support in implementing personalized outreach and data-driven campaigns tailored to strategic accounts (account-based marketing). Collaborate with our partners for co-marketing campaigns such as articles, interviews, webinars and guides, with the help of our in-house communications team.Requirements
1-2 years of work experience, ideally in a SaaS or tech company. Relevant education at minimum Bachelor level. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience with coordinating business events is a plus. Commercial mindset and proactive attitude toward achieving results. Comfortable with business English (native speaker is not a requirement). HubSpot experience is a plus.Process
