I Compass Group leverer vi facility management til både offentlige og store internationale virksomheder. Vores hovedkontor finder du i Mikado Houses summende og lækre kontoromgivelser i Ørestaden, hvor vi byder på gode forhold og et hyggeligt cafemiljø. Her bliver du en del af en velfungerende salgsafdeling, hvor gode kolleger venter på at tage godt imod dig.

Teamet tager sig af salgsaktiviteter på tværs af Danmark, og dit ansvar vil være, at supporterer vores sælgere med kundeemner af høj kvalitet gennem CRM, e-mails, telefonopkald og sociale medier. Dermed kan du se frem til en hverdag med stor fleksibilitet – blandt andet er der mulighed for at arbejde hjemmefra.

Som vores nye Senior Sales Coordinator får du rig mulighed for at sætte din faglighed i spil, når du analyserer, opbygger relationer og videregiver dine erfaringer til vores sælgere.

Som Senior Sales Coordinator vil du modtage fuld træning for at sætte dig i stand til at arbejde med vores Inside Sales Lead Generation og Marketing-teams for at drive forretning, udvide salgspipelines og sikre, at virksomhedens mål nås.

Helt konkret kommer din tid til at gå med at:

generere kundeemner af høj kvalitet gennem e-mails, telefonopkald og sociale medier generere første aftale for dedikerede salgssektorer inden for forretningen understøtte den fulde salgscyklus ved at bruge rapporteringsværktøjer og dele indsigt på tværs af virksomheden udarbejde markedsanalyser og lave præsentationer ud fra og igennem CRM

Du er energisk og har solid erfaring med salg eller telemarketing

I dit daglige job, vil du skulle kommunikere C-level beslutningstagere. Derfor vægter vi erfaring højt, enten fra en lignende stilling eller andre salgsrelaterede roller.

På baggrund af din erfaring ved du, hvordan du tilpasser din kommunikation til forskellige kunder, og du mestrer den længerevarende proces, det er at opbygge relationer omkring tillidsbaserede serviceydelser.

Det er ligeledes afgørende, at du forstår kundens brede behov og kompleksiteten i de forskellige service-løsninger vi tilbyder.

For at blive en succes i jobbet som Senior Sales Coordinator er det vigtigt, at du er komfortabel og har erfaring med at foretage flere canvas-kald i løbet af en uge

har drivkraften og viljen til at lykkes i et tempofyldt miljø, også selvom du en gang imellem befinder dig i modvind har kendskab til CRM-systemer og evner at arbejde struktureret og analysere data er positiv, udadvendt og har et højt energiniveau trives i et job, hvor du selv skaber mulighederne og planlægger din dag effektivt

I rollen som Senior Sales Coordinator vil du have stor kontaktflade, og vi forventer derfor, at dine skriftlige og mundtlige kommunikationsevner er i top. Vores koncernsprog er engelsk, så det er en fordel, hvis du er vant til at kommunikere mundtligt og skriftligt på engelsk.
