About the position

You'll play a pivotal role in driving growth and building long-term relationships with European corporate and enterprise customers, helping to digitize their logistics and achieve their business objectives through innovative software solutions. You’ll work closely with our cross-functional teams dedicated to ensuring the success of our customers and you.

Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

Drive customer engagement: Initiating contact, leading pre-sales activities, and providing expertise to guide decision-making processes. Manage customer relationships: Building and managing long-term relationships with key stakeholders to ensure customer success and loyalty.Deliver predictable results: Designing and executing efficient sales strategies to shorten customer-journeys from initial outreach to contract signing.Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Facilitating internal stakeholders across Growth & Marketing, Data Analytics, Product Operations, and Customer Success.Build market insights: Keeping up to date on industry trends to maintain a competitive edge and adapt strategies accordingly.


Who we're looking for

You’re an experienced and motivated sales professional with a passion for growth and results. With a background in B2B software solutions, preferably SaaS, you’re adept at navigating the complexities of enterprise sales. Your proven track record speaks volumes of your ability to drive revenue and build lasting relationships.

Here’s what makes you stand out:

A minimum of 6 years in B2B software sales or consulting, with significant exposure to new business development and enterprise accounts.Proficiency in consultative selling and becoming a trusted advisor for your customers.A data-driven and hypothesis-based approach to sales.Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, fluent in English and preferably Danish.Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the needs and challenges of enterprise customers.Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools, like HubSpot or Salesforce.Alignment with our high ambitions and our Scandinavian culture of equality and transparency.
