Om stillingen og dine opgaver
Med reference til virksomhedens CEO får du det overordnede ansvar for at drive væksten for Digital Revisor på det danske og det internationale marked. Du får mulighed for at sætte dit tydelige aftryk på en vækstrejse, hvor du får ansvaret for den kommercielle udvikling såvel strategisk som operationelt. Fundamentet er stærkt, og forudsætningerne for dig er gode. Digital Revisor har igennem de seneste år haft succes og skabt en eksplosiv vækst. Succesen er baseret på markedets stærkeste SaaS-løsning, kompetente medarbejdere og solide partnerskaber med blandt andet e-conomic, Dinero osv.

Din primære opgave bliver at organisere og strukturere salgs- og marketingfunktionen, så den er gearet til at indfri ambitionerne. Konkret betyder det, at du strategisk definerer og udvikler det danske marked for Digital Revisor, så den fortsatte vækst fastholdes og udbygges i årene fremover. Samtidig arbejder du målrettet på en internationalisering af Digital Revisor, hvor du udvikler og implementerer en go-to-market-strategi for, hvordan Digital Revisor bedst muligt etablerer sig internationalt.

Du vil være ansvarlig for salgsprocessen i forbindelse med kontakt og nysalg til potentielle nye kunder samt udvikling af eksisterende kunder med fokus på fastholdelse af en høj kundetilfredshed. Du får et stærkt hold af kollegaer til at bakke dig op i rollen som Head of Sales and Marketing samt nogle kompetente eksterne samarbejdspartnere, som succesfuldt har arbejdet med Digital Revisor igennem flere år.

Dine primære opgaver vil være:

- ledelse og udvikling af salgs- og marketingfunktionen
- aktiv deltagelse i salgsarbejdet
- opbygning og vedligeholdelse af salgspipeline
- udvikling af go-to-market-strategien for internationale markeder
- styre dialogen og samarbejdet med samarbejdspartnere
- udarbejdelse af business cases, budget, KPI'er etc.
- øge kendskabsgraden til Digital Revisor.

Din baggrund og kompetencer
Du er kendetegnet ved et højt energiniveau og trives med længerevarende salgsprocesser, hvor større kunder bearbejdes over tid. Din naturlige evne til at få tingene til at lykkes for alle parter, kombineret med din udadvendte og proaktive tilgang, gør dig til et naturligt omdrejningspunkt i en mindre virksomhed. Du har gode strategiske egenskaber, men er samtidig indstillet på at arbejde hands on med forskellige salgs- og marketingaktiviteter.

Du har formentlig en relevant videregående uddannelse og minimum 3-5 års relevant erfaring, gerne indenfor for IT- og SaaS-løsninger. Her har du opbygget gode analytiske færdigheder og vist, at du går forrest både i salget og som leder.

Du har en international profil og gerne erfaring med opbygning af længerevarende partnerskaber med internationale kunder. Her har du bevist, at du er positiv og løsningsorienteret, ambitiøs både på egne og virksomhedens vegne og stræber dagligt efter at skabe mere værdi.

Du taler og skriver dansk og engelsk på et højt niveau.

Digital Revisor er et onlineværktøj til dannelse af årsrapporter og selvangivelser. Der trækkes data fra e-conomic, Uniconta, Dinero, Billy mv. til opstilling af en årsrapport og en selvangivelse. Digital Revisor har 3 kundesegmenter. Det ene segment er selskaber og virksomheder, der bogfører selv og fortsætter flowet i Digital Revisor for at danne årsrapport og selvangivelse. Et andet segment er revisorer og bogholdere, som bruger værktøjet professionelt til at danne årsrapporter og selvangivelser for deres klienter. Det tredje segment er boligudlejere og forældrekøbere, der skal indrapportere til Skat.
