About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales and Business Development Manager to join our Technology Solutions Division at Semco Maritime. This pivotal role focuses on enhancing our market presence and driving growth within the telecommunications sector of the global energy industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term business partnerships.
  • Lead the promotion and market penetration of our innovative PAGA system, SemSound IP, specifically targeting the offshore market.
  • Craft and deliver compelling technical sales presentations to key stakeholders, including clients and end customers.
  • Strategize and implement sales plans that effectively increase product sales and expand market share.
  • Scout and seize new business opportunities, establishing strategic alliances that enhance our competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with the Purchasing Department to streamline contracting processes and optimize product and vendor selection.
  • Offer support to the product development team, contributing to the enhancement of product offerings based on market needs.
Requirements
  • A degree in electronic engineering or other relevant education.
  • Extensive knowledge of current technology and market trends.
  • Experience with strategic product development and management.
  • Strong communication and cooperation skills.
  • Good networking skills within and outside Semco Maritime.
  • A very good level of English, both written and spoken.
