Position Overview

As a CVP Training Partner, your role involves driving our objective of achieving a swift skill acquisition for new employees at NMS. You will closely collaborate with the global training organization, the Training & Development team in Hjørring, and engage local management and production staff.

Your responsibilities include:

- Managing, coordinating, and executing improvement projects for onboarding and training- Conducting gap analysis and projects within the local CVP training area- Coordinating with local training organizations to develop tools and ensure alignment with business objectives- Collaborating on strategic training projects, resource allocation, and alignment with local colleagues and managers

This role offers flexibility in your workday and the opportunity for close collaboration with key stakeholders.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, we seek individuals who:

- Hold a relevant academic degree in learning and development or related fields- Possess substantial training and onboarding experience in global organizations- Have strong project management skills and experience in strategy execution- Demonstrate proficiency in English and Danish

On a personal level, you are proactive, adaptable to change, and persistent in overcoming challenges. You have a strategic mindset, drive strategic training initiatives, and show initiative in complex situations.

About the Team

Joining as a CVP Training Partner, you will be part of a dedicated Training & Development team of professionals. The team operates within NMS, overseeing Novo Nordisk's pen needle supply chain, with a focus on quality assurance and manufacturing.
