The position

As CVP Training Partner, you will be responsible to help us achieve our strategic target of ensuring “Fast Time to Skill” of our new employees across NMS. To do this, you work closely with global training organization and your colleagues in the Training & Development team in Hjørring, as well as ensure involvement of local management and employees within production.

Your key activities include:

  • Managing, coordinating, facilitating, executing, and following-up on improvement projects regarding onboarding and training
  • Driving gap analysis and projects in the local CVP area within training
  • Coordinating with local training organizations to develop necessary tools and drive anchoring in the line of business
  • Collaborating on strategic training projects and priorities, ensuring seamless resource allocation and alignment with local training colleagues and managers

You will have a workday with a large degree of flexibility and, at the same time, the chance to collaborate closely with key stakeholders across the organisation.

 

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we believe you:

  • Hold a relevant academic degree in learning and development, business administration, organisational psychology, or a related discipline
  • Possess extensive training and onboarding experience from global organisations, including effective training, user experience, and achieving business benefits
  • Bring strong knowledge of project management, including defining targets, planning, execution, communication, and follow-up
  • Demonstrate experience in strategy execution
  • Display proficiency in both spoken and written English and Danish

You exhibit adeptness in change management and possess a strong level of perseverance when faced with challenges. With a strategic mindset, you effectively collaborate on strategic training projects and set priorities. Self-driven, you take initiative and navigate complex situations with confidence.

 

About the department

As CVP Training Partner, you will be part of the Training & Development team consisting of 10 highly dedicated and skilled colleagues.

The team is part of NMS which is overall responsible for the global end-to-end supply chain of Novo Nordisk's pen needles including both internal and external production, quality assurance, and manufacturing development. We are organised in eight departments and with app. 500 employees dedicated to ensuring the pen needle supply to Novo Nordisk.
