The Role:

Join our Training & Development team at Needle Manufacturing & Sourcing (NMS) as a CVP Training Partner. In this position, you will play a crucial role in achieving our goal of enabling a 'Fast Time to Skill' for new employees within NMS. You will collaborate extensively with the global training organization, your peers in the Training & Development team in Hjørring, and engage local management and production staff.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Managing, coordinating, facilitating, executing, and following up on improvement projects related to onboarding and training
• Conducting gap analyses and initiatives within the local CVP training domain
• Coordinating with local training entities to develop necessary resources and ensure alignment with the business
• Participating in strategic training endeavors, ensuring proper resource allocation and coordination with local colleagues and managers

Qualifications:

In order to thrive in this role, we expect you to:

• Hold a relevant academic degree in learning and development, business administration, organizational psychology, or a related field
• Have extensive experience in training and onboarding within global organizations, demonstrating expertise in effective training methodologies and achieving tangible business outcomes
• Possess a strong grasp of project management, encompassing goal setting, planning, execution, communication, and evaluation
• Showcase proficiency in strategy implementation
• Exhibit fluency in both spoken and written English and Danish

About the Team:

As a CVP Training Partner, you will be an integral part of the Training & Development team, composed of 10 dedicated and proficient individuals.

This team operates within NMS, overseeing the global end-to-end supply chain of Novo Nordisk's pen needles, encompassing internal and external production, quality assurance, and manufacturing development. With over 500 employees focused on ensuring pen needle supply to Novo Nordisk, we prioritize quality and aim to create excellent outcomes for the benefit of our patients.
