Remediation Projects er et team, der håndterer projekter, hvor flere kunder har lidt et finansielt tab på grund af en systematisk fejl i fx processer og systemer. Vi sikrer ensartet og effektiv ledelse af projekter og vores mål er, at kunderne bliver behandlet korrekt og rettidigt kompenseret.

Teamet blev etableret for 3 år siden og vi er i dag 13 kolleger heraf 4 i Litauen. Vi driver remedieringsprojekter for forretningsområderne privatkunder, erhvervskunder og institutionelle virksomheder.

"Du vil få det fulde ansvar for at håndtere dine egne opgaver, dog med passende hjælp og vejledning fra din leder og team. Du skal ikke være bleg for at udfordre problemer eller påtage dig nye udfordringer – det vil vi tværtimod opfordre dig til. Arbejdsatmosfæren er uformel, og et godt samarbejde prioriteres højt".

Kan du skabe gode relationer som PMO?

Du bliver ansvarlig for modtagelse, screening og prioritering af nye projekter, mens du supporterer stakeholders i forhold til at gøre projekter klar til prioritering. Andre opgaver inkluderer:

- Review af projektrapporter
- Opfølgning på udeståender i afsluttede projekter
- Forestå samlet rapportering af hele vores projektportefølje
- Udvikle og forbedre PMO området

Du kommer også til at supportere remedieringsprojekter, der ikke drives i Remediation Projects, for at understøtte andre i brugen af i bankens remedieringsprincipper – mens du også forbereder eller udarbejder projektpræsentationer og -materiale for Head of Remediation Projects.

Du vil med dine fremragende kommunikationsevner være i stand til at bistå vores mange projektledere i at sikre ensartet gennemførelse på tværs af projekter. Det er vigtigt, at du er proaktiv og kan håndtere en travl hverdag, hvor dine evner til at skabe struktur og stakeholder management bliver bragt i spil.

For at opnå succes i denne rolle, ser vi gerne, at du:

- Kommunikerer klart og flydende på både dansk og engelsk - i både skrift og tale
- Har erfaring fra en projektrelateret stilling, mens erfaring fra finanssektoren vil være en fordel.

Du er i stand til at bevare overblikket og arbejde struktureret, selv når der er mange opgaver i gang og tempoet er højt - og så arbejder du selvstændigt, men dyrker også holdånden i teamet.

Du formår at håndtere og prioritere mange forskellige opgaver, og du formår at interagere med mange kollegaer af forskellige baggrunde og anciennitet, da vi ikke kan nå vores mål uden vores stakeholders.
