Would you like to play an instrumental role in an expanding investment area that is poised for significant growth in the coming years? We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to support and develop our franchise and content as part of the Private Markets investment boutique in Nordea Asset Management.
Nordea Asset Management (NAM) is the centre of investment management in the Nordea Group and in the Asset & Wealth Management division. NAM is the largest asset manager in the Nordics with the vision of being a leading European Asset Manager. We want to do this by delivering returns with responsibility. We meet customer demands and guide our customers in the right direction in asset selection while ensuring prudent ESG practices. NAM has around 900 employees and more than 475 Nordic and international institutional clients.
About this opportunity
Welcome to the Private Markets investment team, a separate boutique within Nordea Asset Management. The team manages a fast growing portfolio of funds and mandates across private equity, private credit, unlisted real assets and natural capital on behalf of Nordea Bank as well as external institutional clients. As the dedicated Product Manager within the investment team, you will play a valuable role in supporting and developing the private market franchise, and deliver best-in-class content to our stakeholders and investors.
What you’ll be responsible for: Promoting our private markets solutions to across the distribution channels in the Nordics and Europe Driving the business development and organising fundraising activities together with the sales and private market investment team Writing investment and market updates, working closely with investment team to stay updated on the investment strategies Developing and maintaining the content of marketing materials, RFPs and DDQs across our private market funds Liaising with internal and external stakeholders and clients on day to day requests
You’ll join a dedicated, entrepreneurial and expanding team with passion for private market investments. The candidate should be based in Copenhagen, Helsinki or Stockholm, or be able to relocate prior to starting.

To do well in this role, we believe that you should demonstrate: Knowledge of and interest in private and financial markets Excellent communication, interpersonal capabilities and presentation skills Good command of both written and spoken English and preferably one or more of the Nordic languages A collaborative attitude, sound work ethic and proven teamworking skills Experience dealing with tight deadlines and client deliveries Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Willingness to travel within the Nordics and abroad when needed
Your experience and background: Relevant Master's level academic degree within finance, economics or a related discipline 7+ years of working experience in similar role Previous experience with private markets is considered a plus
