A Design Consultancy based in Copenhagen is currently on the lookout for a Hardware Team Lead to help with a classified Defence Radar project.

The position is set to last at least up to the end of the year, but will most likely be 12 months, and due to the classified nature of the work they will need someone who can work full time onsite in Copenhagen. Because of this, my client are flexible with rates in order to find the right person.

A global design and engineering service consultancy that help innovate next generation products within various sectors including Medical, Opto-electronics, battery and defence.

Hardware Team Lead

As you will be coming in as the Lead Engineer, having previous experience in electronics and as a lead engineer is essential. You shall also be responsible for leading scrum meetings as well as customer meetings, so previous experience as a Scrum Master of equivalent is also needed. Other requirements include:

Skills overview:

  • Industry experience working in Electronics
  • Experience working on safety critical projects (desirable within Defence or Aerospace, but not required)
  • Previous experience as a Scrum Master or equivalent
  • EMC testing
  • Analogue Circuit design
  • Experience with power supply, RF, PCB design and/or Microcontroller development desired
