Chief Consultant to People Strategy Execution

Are you an experienced people strategist with a solid grasp of compliance? Join our team as a Chief People Consultant and contribute to promoting a strong compliance culture within our prestigious bank.
Join our close-knit and diverse People Strategy Execution team, comprised of four dedicated professionals and a team lead, all based in Denmark.
In addition, our task is to support the entire Group Compliance organization with the 'People agenda', including the specific Forward '28 strategy projects that have been initiated.
As we continue to grow, we are working towards increasing our footprint in both Poland and Lithuania. Together, we foster a robust compliance culture within the bank, in collaboration with Group HR.Shaping Compliance Culture - Role and Responsibilities
As a Chief People Consultant, you will be responsible for defining people management frameworks within Group Compliance, supporting the development of skills, competencies, and engagement of Group Compliance employees, and driving internal projects related to our People Strategy.
560 people organisation with co-workers located in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, UK, as well as increasing presence in Poland and Lithuania.
Key responsibilities include:
- Prioritizing, developing, and delivering highquality products and initiatives to enhance Group Compliance employees' skills and engagement.
- Conducting regular reviews of skills and competencies of the Group Compliance function.
- Driving collaboration and engagement with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Deploying people procedures and frameworks within Group Compliance Units.
- Managing the rollout of Bankwide people projects in Group Compliance.

Who We are Looking For
We are seeking a candidate with a solid background in Compliance, Risk or HR, and an understanding of the Financial Services sector and its regulatory context.
You should be a strategic thinker with great project management skills, and an ability to establish necessary collaboration across stakeholders.
In addition to these qualifications, the ideal candidate will be:- Self-driven and proactive, demonstrating a strategic/tactical approach to People Culture.
- Capable in change management and confident in public speaking.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, particularly with senior stakeholders.
- Ambitious, ready to create positive change and innovation.
Key requirements include:
- Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Experience from roles in or leading projects related to Compliance, Risk, or HR.
- Knowledge of the skills and competencies required by Compliance professionals.
- Understanding of the Financial Services sector and its regulatory context.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
