Virksomheden beskæftiger i dag cirka 1.600 medarbejdere fordelt på 15 lande og over 25 lokationer (heraf 12 fabrikker) og med aktiviteter globalt i mere end 120 lande. På hovedkontoret i Odense er der cirka 100 medarbejdere.
I 2024/25 forventes en omsætning på cirka DKK 2,8 mia.

Group HR Director

Etablere og eksekvere en global HR-agenda som led i en større transformation

Via en nyoprettet stilling som Group HR Director ønsker Micro Matic A/S at skabe en globalt koordineret HR-agenda med det formål at skabe en gradvis overgang mod en fælles kultur, ramme og retning for organisationen.

Bredt ansvarsområde på strategisk såvel som på operationelt niveau

Med reference til CEO er der tale om en bred og alsidig stilling, hvor du bliver medansvarlig — i samarbejde med CEO'en og koncernledelsen — for etableringen af en global HR-agenda. Din nøgleopgave bliver at udvikle, definere og sikre eksekvering af en HR-strategi, som understøtter forretningsstrategien og en større transformation.

Dette inkluderer blandt andet:

- Skabe og fordre én virksomhedskultur, herunder udvikle en stærk HR-partner-organisation og -netværk, som kan støtte forretningen lokalt såvel som globalt under hensyntagen til virksomhedens kultur og historie.
- Skabe og drive et årshjul for udvalgte tværgående HR-aktiviteter og -projekter.
- Definere og drive udvalgte globale HR-initiativer.
- Tæt og løbende dialog og sparring med lokal ledelse og HR i de enkelte business units.
- Agere sparringspartner for CEO og resten af koncernledelsen inden for HR-relaterede områder og problemstillinger.

Tung og bredt funderet HR-erfaring ud fra et holistisk virksomhedsperspektiv

Du kommer enten fra en lignende HR group-rolle, fra en rolle som HR-chef i en mellemstørrelse virksomhed, eller fra en tung HR Business Partner-rolle med tilhørende group-ansvarsområder. Du har erfaring med både at udvikle og implementere succesfulde HR-strategier og -initiativer, der understøtter forretningsmål. Du har kendskab til alle elementer i et HR-årshjul og erfaring fra en international kontekst med fuld værdikæde.

Du formår at møde folk i øjenhøjde og har evnen til at arbejde effektivt med mennesker fra forskellige kulturer og baggrunde. Du har naturligt gode lederevner, er en dygtig kommunikator og besidder gennemslagskraft til at indføre processer i organisationen.

Afgørende indflydelse på at definere en global HR-agenda fra start, som er essentiel for at lykkes med den overordnede forretningsstrategi og transformation.
