Being a part of the German PHOENIX Group, we are deeply integrated into an extensive international network and a collaborative IT community spanning 29 countries.

As the Head of IT Infrastructure Services, you will hold a pivotal position within the Nomeco IT organization. Your responsibilities will include overseeing our infrastructure portfolio, aligning resources and plans, and ensuring the team effectively addresses technical challenges, working closely with our highly competent colleagues from the Phoenix Group. You will chart the course for the team and manage the allocated budget.

Who are you?
You are a highly proficient IT professional with a proven track record of at least 5 years in leading and nurturing IT teams. You possess a higher education background in IT, and you are adept at handling budgets, service level agreements, and commercial contracts.

What can you expect from Nomeco?
At Nomeco, we provide a collaborative environment where you will have significant influence over tasks and projects. The IT department is closely aligned with the business and reports directly to the managing director. We foster cross-functional teamwork with a strong emphasis on delivering innovative solutions. Our Infrastructure Service comprises a cohesive team of five first-level supporters and three IT consultants, with the ServiceDesk's 1st level supporters overseen by a team lead. Given our presence in a regulated sector, we place great emphasis on disciplined process documentation and adherence. English and Danish are our primary working languages.
