This position is based at our friendly office in Roskilde and you will join our department, Strategic Portfolio Projects a part of our Customers & Products division. The Customers & Products division is the focal point in BEC in relation to our customers when shaping and ensuring the right standard product offering to keep BEC's customers in a competitive position in the financial sector.
As a Management Consultant in Strategic Portfolio Projects you will play a key role in shaping strategic initiatives to enhance and transform BEC's product offering for the financial sector. You will lead the resolution of complex problems, engaging stakeholders across the organization – from C-level executives to specialists turning advanced topics into continues improvements of the product offering.
Your approach and attitude to the task at hand sets the standard to follow across the organization, you will act as inspiration and go to person. Being highly visible across the organization and participating in the external collaboration with BEC's customers is a natural element of your work.
Your tasks and responsibilities will be based on your level of experience, and you will have the possibility to develop further according to your ambitions.
At BEC, we prefer to collaborate often in the office, but we also keep the opportunity to work remotely up to 2 days per week on average. Your direct manager will be Manager Simon Bertelsen.
Primary task and responsibilities include:
- Driving cross-organizational transformational initiatives in the division and BEC
- Driving high impact strategic product initiatives with a focus on scoping in the initial phase to ensure full alignment on what to achieve
- Generating ideas and problem solving in close collaboration with stakeholders in the BEC community
- Strategic analyses and structuring presentations for decision making.
To succeed you will have:
- A structured and problem-oriented approach in your work
- Strong analytical skills and experience in strategic planning and execution
- Being able to involve people with right knowledge instead of knowing everything
- Strong communication skills at all organizational levels in writing and presentations
- Manage projects effectively incl. strong stakeholder management
- A high level of personal drive, and the ability to proactively drive execution of our initiatives
- A background in a consulting firm will be considered a plus
- You might just finished your education or have some years of experience
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Ms. in Business, Finance, Strategy or equivalent.
It's nice-to-have:
- Experience from either the financial services industry or within IT – or both.
