Vi har store vækstambitioner, og starter derfor et nyt salgsteam op med fokus på opsøgende salg. I første omgang med to medarbejdere med reference til salgschef, Thor Høst, som har solid erfaring med at etablere og udvikle stærke salgsteams.

Det nye salgsteam indgår i den samlede salgsafdeling, som også består af et eksisterende salgsteam med stor brancheerfaring.

I din rolle som Business Development Representative vil du primært kontakte restauranter, butikker og hoteller over telefonen og via e-mail. Du vil booke og afholde egne møder både online og fysisk. Du understøttes af et eksternt bureau, som booker yderligere møder for dig. Vi går meget op i et højt energi- og aktivitetsniveau, da timingen i at lukke en ordre, kan være afgørende.

Du understøttes af et CRM-system, relevante dataværktøjer, salgsmateriale og hands-on coaching, så du har optimale betingelser.

Din karrieretrappe vil være konkret og skarpt defineret og med mulighed for udvikling og forfremmelse hvert år.

Vi forventer, at du:

Har minimum 6 måneders erfaring fra opsøgende salg – gerne mere. Elsker at tale i telefon. Har et højt energi- og aktivitetsniveau. Har erfaring med CRM-systemer. Er positiv og ser løsninger, både i samarbejde med dine kollegaer og partnere. Erfaring fra hotel-, restaurations-, detail- eller velvære-brancherne er en fordel.
