Udviklingsmuligheder og ansvar
Vi søger en engageret Business Analyst til vores HR-team i Global IT, der kan hjælpe med at analysere og forbedre vores HR-løsninger. Som Business Analyst vil du arbejde tæt sammen med vores HR-team i forretningen for at identificere behov, definere krav og sikre, at vores IT-løsninger understøtter HR-strategien både nu og i fremtiden. Du vil også være med til at drive vores løsninger mod et AI-fokus.

Dine primære opgaver vil være indenfor følgende områder og ansvar:

• Identificere og dokumentere forretningsbehov og krav fra HR-afdelingen.

• Analysere eksisterende processer og identificere muligheder for forbedringer.

• Designe og implementere løsninger.

• Sikre at løsningerne opfylder kravene og fungerer korrekt via tests og validering.

• Stakeholder management.

Vi søger en ny kollega med en kandidatuddannelse inden for IT, økonomi, HR eller beslægtede områder. Alternativt kan en bachelorgrad kombineret med et par års erfaring inden for HR eller IT også være relevant.
Vi forventer ikke, at du allerede har erfaring med udvikling af HR-løsninger. Vi sørger for at opbygge din tekniske ekspertise inden for SAP, SuccessFactors og andre relevante systemer.
Til gengæld skal du være ivrig efter at lære og proaktivt søge ny viden og færdigheder og du har en ægte interesse i at forstå og forbedre HR-processer og IT-løsninger.
Du er en stærk holdspiller, der kan arbejde effektivt sammen med kolleger fra forskellige afdelinger og du trives i et ikke-standardiseret, omskifteligt og udviklende miljø.
Du kommunikerer flydende både mundtligt og skriftligt på dansk og engelsk.
