As the HR Operation Manager
You will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing HR processes that are scalable, efficient, and aligned with our global business strategy. You will work closely with leaders and cross-functional teams and ensure that our Operational Services are delivered effectively, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

In summary, responsibilities will include:
Team Leadership

• Be the daily leader of the HR operational team, ensuring that daily matters are solved promptly.

• Maintain a high level of team engagement and performance.

Legal and Compliance

• Collaborate with Dansk Industry and legal counsel to address complex contractual issues.

• Ensure legal compliance and alignment with company strategy.

• Stay current with employment laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

• Inform and update relevant colleagues on changes in employment law.

• Support the internal audit of HR processes.

• Action any audit findings in a timely manner.

Policy and Template Management

• Ensure all templates, policies, handbooks, and procedures are up to date.

• Reflect changes in regulations or company requirements in all HR documents.

• Recommend updates to contract templates, policies, and procedures as necessary.

Process Improvement & Data Management

• Implement process improvements and automation solutions to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as IT, Legal, and Finance to integrate HR systems and optimize data flow.

• Oversee the maintenance of current employee data.

• Ensure data confidentiality, integrity, accuracy, and protection.

• Ensure that all HR Operation processes are accurately documented and maintained.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company strategy.

• Provide guidance and training to the HR team, Managers, and Employees on employment law matters and best practices.

In addition, following qualifications will come in handy:

• Managerial skills: 3 years+ proven experience as HR Operation Manager or similar position where you have built an engaged team around you
Employment law knowledge: you have worked in Danish Industry, law firm or similar where you have built a specialist knowledge and a proven practical understanding of Danish Employment Law

• Communication Skills: Strong communication abilities are essential, including the capacity to conduct effective training sessions and the adeptness to engage positively with individuals at all organizational levels and across cultures

• Motivation and Attitude: exhibit exceptional motivation and a positive attitude, demonstrating a willingness to tackle challenges enthusiastically

• Collaboration skills: You have demonstrated the ability to foster strong collaborative relationships across various departments and teams.

• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency in key HR applications such as SuccessFactors and ServiceNow, enabling the management and optimization of HR processes through these platforms

• Lifelong Learner: A genuine curiosity and commitment to continuously acquiring new knowledge and skills, showing a willingness to adapt to evolving business and technology landscapes.

• Data Analysis Skills: Ability to analyse employee data, generate reports, and provide insights for decision-making

• Langue skills: You speak and write Danish and English fluently since the corporate language is English

• Attitude: You have a can do attitude and see solutions instead of problems and have experience with project management and/or change management

Additional information
Working hours: 37 per week.
Our office is located alongside the Havneholmen Metro station and within walking distance of Dybbølsbro train station.
