Om jobbet

Vi søger i øjeblikket en kvalificeret og motiveret People Relations Manager til vores People & Culture team i Danmark (P&C). Vi er i gang med en spændende lokal og global rejse i P&C for at opbygge den stærkest mulige organisation, der kan levere solid support til vores forretningsenheder. I den forbindelse er vi i gang med at etablere et nyt team bestående af tre People Relation Managers, der skal være front-end på P&C relaterede leverancer ud mod ledere på alle niveauer i hele organisationen.

Du vil spille en central og operationel rolle i at adressere og støtte de mest presserende behov hos lederne, og som et tæt link til forretningsenhederne vil du sammen med de to andre People Relations Managers yde praktisk vejledning samt drive, koordinere, støtte og følge op på alle P&C årshjulsaktiviteter.

Ansvar du vil få i rollen:

  • Specifikt ansvar for en eller flere forretningsenheder og sammen med teamet af People Relations Managers være ansvarlig for at opbygge stærke relationer til alle ledelsesniveauer i organisationen, med øget fokus på førstelinjeledere.
  • Operationel support på P&C-årsprocesser, herunder den årlige medarbejderundersøgelse, lønregulering, bonus, performance management, succession, samt medarbejdersamtaler.
  • Assistere med onboarding- og offboardingprocesser samt udvikling og udrulning af kvartalsvise onboardingprogrammer for ledere og underliggende analyser.
  • Holde webinarer for ledere på både dansk og engelsk i forbindelse med vores P&C årsprocesser.
  • En-til-en sparring og rådgivning af ledere på alle niveauer i organisationen i forbindelse med håndtering af fx compliancesager og sygefraværssager.
  • Understøtte organisatoriske ændringer og/eller M&A-processer på operationelt niveau i samarbejde med P&C Danmarks Legal Team.
  • Fungere som superbruger i HRIS/PowerBI-systemer for at understøtte P&C årsprocesser og udnytte tilgængelige data, der kan skabe værdi i forretningsenhederne.
  • Projektleder på forskellige tværgående P&C relaterede projekter samt implementering af generelle trivselsinitiativer for at støtte bedst muligt op om forretningsenhederne i Falck i Danmark.

Om dig

Vi tænker, at du har 3-5 års erfaring fra en lignende rolle i P&C, for eksempel som HR Business Partner el. lignende - helst i en multinational organisation. Med kendskab til dansk arbejdsret, forskellige overenskomstområder samt en solid forståelse for HR-processer - herunder performance management, medarbejderundersøgelser og compensation & benefits, kan du tilbyde håndgribelig hjælp og støtte til dine interessenter omkring HR-dagsordenen. Derudover forestiller vi os, at du er en dygtig kommunikator på både dansk og engelsk, der har et øje for at udnytte data, når du interagerer med ledere på alle forretningsniveauer.
