Responsibilities
You will be joining our company of 100+ people in rapid growth. We are on a venture journey and you will have a huge impact in the organization from the start. Your responsibilities are to:
Own and develop the Formalize brand, brand strategy and brand activation with the aim of becoming the leading compliance solution in EULead your team to ensure that brand and communication deliverables are met on time, meeting all expectations
Grow the Brand and Communication team
Plan and prioritise with stakeholders from the different departments
Qualifications and about you+3 years of experience in marketing leadership roles
You have experience holding a managing position in a fast-scaling organization
You are able to take charge and responsibility of key areas of the marketing deliveries
Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset
Professional fluency in English
You have an in-depth understanding of marketing including topics such as brand, PR, project coordination, activation and content
You know what high-quality looks like and know how to expect it from your team
It is beneficial and a plus if you have SaaS marketing experience
