At Too Good To Go, we have an ambitious goal: to inspire and empower everyone to fight food waste together.

40% of all food produced in the world is wasted. And that has a huge impact on the health of our planet, with 10% of greenhouse gas emissions coming from food waste.

We're more than an app: we are a certified B Corporation with a mission to empower everyone to take action against food waste, so alongside our marketplace app, we create educational tools, explore new business solutions - such as our Retail Technologies offering, and influence legislation to help reduce food waste.

We're growing fast: Our community of 115 million registered users and 242,000 active partners across 19 countries, have together already prevented 428+ million meals from going to waste - avoiding over 1.157.000 tonnes of CO2e

Your mission

We are looking for a Data Analytics Solutions Partnerto strengthen our use of data to inform our most business critical decisions. On a daily basis, you will be working with business leaders across various functional areas to inform how they measure success, how they use data to inform strategic decisions, and ensure they have the data visibility and tools they need to make progress on those strategies every day.

Your role

  • Support business leaders in identifying the right KPIs to drive business performance
  • Provide data-driven guidance to business leaders on key strategic decisions
  • Design and deliver self-service tools to various functional groups for operational excellence
  • Generate new ideas for how to leverage the data we have to drive business performance
  • Elevate data literacy across the organisation, with an eye toward consistency, ease of understanding, and educating on the right way to use data in each function
  • Elevate the Global Analytics team by sharing best practices and learnings and offering ad-hoc guidance to other team members on their projects

Requirements

  • Previous experience in analytical roles and/or data modeling.
  • Strong proficiency in Looker.
  • Advanced SQL skills.
  • Extensive experience translating business questions into data solutions.
  • Background in working with Data Engineering or Analytics Engineering teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Passionate about data literacy.
  • Proactive mindset with strong teamwork skills.
