Strategic Business Growth Manager

DAMVAD Analytics is a Data & AI Consultancy committed to leveraging data and AI to create and execute impactful solutions. We help clients achieve their goals through data-driven solutions, with deep industry expertise in: Healthcare & Life Sciences, Financial Services, Public & Society, and Agriculture.
We are seeking a Commercial Lead to work closely with clients (new and existing), external collaboration partners, and across teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of consultancy experience in Strategy, Analytics, and/or Engineering, as well as proven commercial experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new client engagements, growing existing client relationships, managing the sales pipeline, and ideating data and AI solutions independently or in teams to address business needs. Additionally, they will be a thought leader to inspire and attract clients.
