Happy Mammoth is a fast-growing natural food and supplement direct to consumer brand operating across the United States, Australia, and Europe. We specialize in formulating, producing, and marketing gut, digestive, and microbiome health foods and natural supplements. About The Role
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Director to drive business strategy, sales, and operational excellence in a high-growth environment. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader with a strong background in e-commerce, FMCG, or the health & wellness industry who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic and entrepreneurial environment where everyone takes 100% accountability.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Strategy & Growth- Develop and execute a regional business strategy aligned with company goals
- Identify market trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics to inform decision-making
- Set and achieve revenue, profitability, and market penetration targets
- Oversee regional sales operations to ensure revenue targets are met or exceeded
- Develop and implement localized marketing strategies
- Strengthen brand positioning and market presence in collaboration with marketing teams
- Monitor sales performance, customer acquisition, and retention metrics
- Expertise in media buying and performance marketing to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
- Ensure seamless business operations, optimizing logistics, supply chain, and customer service
- Manage budgets, P&L, and financial performance for the region
- Implement process improvements for increased efficiency and scalability
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners, distributors, and customers
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and strategic partnerships to expand market reach
- Ensure regional operations comply with local laws, regulations, and company policies
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard business interests
- Uphold high ethical standards in all business operations and stakeholder engagements
- 7–10 years of leadership experience, preferably in health & wellness, e-commerce, FMCG, or a related industry
- A deep understanding and experience with performance marketing (Meta, TikTok, Google)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven track record in business development and sales growth
- Financial acumen with experience in budget and P&L management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Expertise in media buying and performance marketing to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
- Preferred: Experience in a high-growth startup environment
