Sales Excellence at SUPERB
We're looking for a seasoned sales professional to lead our charge in the Nordics. As a Sales Growth Director, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and developing strategic partnerships.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Foster strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Prospect and onboard new businesses, leveraging your consultative approach and expertise
- Work closely with Product and Marketing teams to ensure our solutions meet customer needs and exceed expectations
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and improve performance
- Maintain accurate records and analytics using Hubspot, ensuring data-driven decision-making
Your Qualifications
- Minimum +1 year of experience in sales leadership or a similar role
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Fluency in Danish and proficiency in English
