Lige nu søger vi en servicetekniker, der vil være med til at forme fremtidens indgangsløsninger sammen med os **Dine primære arbejdsopgaver:**- Service og reparation: Udfør service og reparation af dørautomatikker hos vores kunder i Storkøbenhavn. Du vil være ansvarlig for at sikre, at vores kunders dørautomatikke fungerer optimalt og opfylder alle sikkerhedsstandarder. - Tekniske løsninger: Skab skræddersyede tilbud og tekniske løsninger, der imødekommer kundernes behov. - Kunderelationer: Plej og vedligehold relationer til vores værdsatte servicekunder. Du vil være vores ansigt udadtil og sikre, at vores kunder altid er tilfredse med vores service. - Planlægning: Planlæg og styr dine egne arbejdsopgaver. Du vil have frihed til at organisere din arbejdsdag, så du kan levere den bedste service til vores kunder. **Vi forventer, at du:**- Teknisk baggrund: Har en el- eller maskinteknisk baggrund, der giver dig de nødvendige færdigheder til at udføre reparationer og vedligeholdelsesopgaver. - Erfaring: Har erfaring med service og vedligeholdelse af udstyr, gerne inden for automatiske døre eller lignende områder. - Kundeforståelse: Er en mester i kundeforståelse. Du skal kunne tilpasse dig forskellige kunders behov og levere skræddersyede løsninger. - Selvkørende: Er selvkørende og en teamplayer. Du skal kunne arbejde selvstændigt, men også være en del af vores team og bidrage til vores fælles succes. - IT-kundskaber: Har flair for IT, da fejlfinding, planlægning og rapportering foregår med tablet.
