STARK er Danmarks største forhandler og distributør af byggematerialer med en omsætning på 9,4 mia. DKK. STARK Danmark tilbyder en lang række services til både entreprenører og professionelle håndværkere, hvor ca. 85 % af omsætningen er B2B.

Den danske forretning består af 84 trælaster, en webshop, 2 centrallagre, 3 distributionscentre samt 18 udkørselsforretninger. Din nye hverdag

STARK er i gang med implementeringen af nyt finanssystem, SAP S4/Hana, hvor du i rollen bliver en stor del af projektet. Du får mulighed for at spille en central rolle i både kreditorstyringen og overgangen til vores fremtidige systemlandskab.

Som Finance Controller sikrer du gennem proaktivitet og dialog med dine interessenter en effektiv og fejlfri behandling af leverandørfakturaer samt udvikling og optimering af kreditorprocesser.

Med reference til Accounts Payable Manager bliver du som Finance Controller en nøglemedarbejder i samarbejdet med vores leverandører og øvrige finans afdelinger.

Som Finance Controller er dine primære nøgleopgaver:

  • Design af nye processer og test: Udvikling af nye processer i SAP S/4 HANA samt test og optimering for at sikre maksimal effektivitet, herunder særligt EID processen.
  • Optimering af nuværende processer: Identifikation af optimeringsmuligheder i kreditorprocesserne, herunder brug af indscanningsmodulet Kofax og optimering af fakturaflowet i procure-to-pay-processen. Gerne ved brug af nye digitale værktøjer herunder AI.
  • Behandling af leverandørfakturaer: Registrering og kontrol af indkomne fakturaer i AS400/SAP S/4 HANA og sikring af, at fakturaer overholder gældende krav og STARKs retningslinjer.
  • Afstemning af leverandørkonti: Håndtering af komplekse afstemninger, videndeling om best practices og afstemning af vanskelige konti, herunder review af afstemninger.
  • Opfølgning på betalingsfrister: Behandling af rykkere fra leverandører og sikring af rettidige betalinger.
  • Kommunikation med leverandører og interne afdelinger: Håndtering af spørgsmål vedrørende fakturaer og betalinger samt samarbejde med købsmatch om godkendelse og fejlretning af fakturaer.
  • Forbedring af betalingsløsninger: Evaluering og implementering af effektive betalingsmetoder for at styrke den samlede proces.

Man kan ydermere sige om dig, at du:

  • Kommer med erfaring fra en lignende stilling som finance controller eller fra en revisionsvirksomhed.
  • Er superbruger i Excel og kan arbejde med store datamængder heri.
  • Har styr på grundlæggende regnskab og er velbevandret i debit og kredit.
  • Har erfaring med eller kendskab til SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Er forandringsparat og handlekraftig med en struktureret arbejdsstil.
  • Behersker engelsk på forhandlingsniveau i skrift og tale.
