Position Summary
As an Area Sales Manager, you will be assigned a dedicated territory where you will focus on driving incremental sales, optimizing shelf and store conditions, identifying distribution opportunities, increasing inventory, and fostering long-term relationships with our partners.
Primary Responsibilities
- Promote and sell OnePlus products, driving incremental sales.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key operators and retail partners.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and business performance within the assigned territory.
- Optimize retail shelf and store conditions to maximize product visibility.
- Execute targeted promotional plans to boost sales.
- Analyze store, product, and market data to prepare for retail sales visits.
- Conduct ongoing training programs to ensure up-to-date product knowledge.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of recent experience in the telecom industry.
- Background in consumer electronics or sales area management.
- Proven track record of building strong relationships with upper management of partners.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint & Excel).
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a can-do attitude, adaptable to dynamic environments and multiple projects.
- Proficiency in Danish and English (both written and spoken) is required.
- Valid driver's license and access to a personal car.
